Come, let's enjoy the journey of success together.

Don’t worry; I’m doing just fine, thanks to your well wishes always!
This post does not go as far as Near Death Experience, but if you’ve experienced NDE you’d most certainly have much more to say than what this post can barely skim.
Today I have two sets of questions for you.
Question Set 1:
Have you ever lived through a disaster, or some illness, one that almost took your life? How did it feel to be back, and how did the experience change your life thereafter?
Question Set 2:
Have you ever been in a situation where you almost lost a loved one? How did it feel to have him/her survive and be back fit and fine? Did the experience change your attitude towards the person, and did it change you life beyond that in any manner?
If you haven’t had any such experiences, then great! But in that case, it would be worth spending some time pondering on how it would be/feel to be in each of these situations. I would encourage you to do a small exercise with me. All you’ll need is a…

When I announced do-follow links from this site less than a month ago, I wrote a forward looking statement, as follows:
“Each of the top 10 commentators will get a do-follow link. The do-follow link will be going out from the top page of my site, which means they will not only be prominent to the visitors of this site, but will also get a share of the limited number of outgoing do-follow links from what will possibly be the one page on this site that will have the highest Google Pagerank.
Now, as of this writing, there is no Google Pagerank for this site. But I’m myself working on getting quality do-follow links to this site, so it won’t be long before Google rewards this site with a page rank. And when it does, as an all-time top commentator you stand to gain the benefits.”
I’m glad to announce that Google has awarded the top page of this site a Pagerank of 1. Now that’s…

“Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”.
I learned that when I was a kid. Back then, it sounded more of a nice rhyme rather than a lesson. I would sleep early anyway, and wake up early enough to be on time to school. The results of success showed in the years ahead.
Then, at some point over the last few years, 24 hours in a day seemed to be just not sufficient. What’s more, I crossed the bar and encroached onto my sleep time. “What’s the point of sleeping so much anyway if you can do with much less of it and make time for other stuff instead?” was the thought process. But I was wrong. Very wrong! The ill effects showed up gradually, like slow poison. And that brings me to this point where I take this challenge head-on, to get into a proper sleep routine once again and enjoy its benefits towards a more successful life.
In case you missed my earlier post,…

Here’s introducing a new and interesting series that will challenge us into attracting more and more success into our lives.
What’s it about?
The “Experiments & Challenges” series is going to be a monthly column (for the time being). Each month, I will take on one challenge, which may likely be an experiment as well.
The challenge would be to practice something over a fixed period of time, with a strong commitment. The nature of the experience that will be brought about by the challenge may or may not be predictable. In the former case, the challenge would be aimed at cultivating the activity as a habit. The latter case, in contrast, would be a challenge that is an experiment, the conclusion of which would indicate whether the object of the challenge is worthwhile to take on as a habit or not.
What’s the purpose?
The purpose of these challenges is to derive greater success, by proactively cultivating (good) habits/skills and getting rid of bad ones.
This series will also serve to…

This is not the first time I’ve experienced a situation that matches those wise words, but the quote came in at such an apt time that it really sunk in.
“If you can’t, you must. If you must, you can.”
It’s a quote by Anthony Robbins. And when I read it a couple of weeks back, it struck me like anything; because of something that happened just a day before I came across the quote.
The difficulty - The “Can’t” part
Basically, I am a night person. Don’t jump to any conclusions there, I just meant that I almost always work late into the night to catch up on personal goals. I find it difficult to wake up in the morning, especially if I’ve not completed 8 hours of continuous sleep.
You know what? Deep down inside me, I have the wish to change my schedule such that I can wake up early - at about 5 or 6 in the morning - and complete loads of personal work before I leave for office. But it seems like a difficult task to me. Given the choice, I’d sleep some more and wake up just early enough to be able to reach office on time. That means waking up early is not dependable, and hence I’d rather do something late into the night than hope to do it in the morning. That way I don’t have to worry about losing time in case I do not get up early in the morning.
The situation - The “Must” Part
A few days ago I had an important…
